Under the bed was not clean, people disturbing, i called the reception at 3 am when they woke me up, and they told me oh yes the cops are here there is a lot of disturbance, my order with uber eats was stollen in 45 seconds the moment i was at the bathroom and left!!! This morning I went to the gym because i wanted to start great my year and i passed by the reception first to make a complain and they just told me oh yes i am sorry that happens for new year's, what? What type of answer is that? I choose to rent a room for the new year's eve because i wanted to finish and start the year great, quiet, waking up early amd working out, the machines at the gym don't even work!! I couldn't run the inclination didn't work, it was cheap!! The gym bathroom was cleaned in 2023 for last time, this was the wors hotel experience i ever had, not even in Cuba!!. Cheap experience worst cleaning, worst customer care, etc.
