Hyatt has never disappointed me. Room was modern, clean, and very cozy for a one night stay. Too bad I didn’t spend too many hours in it but I can say it lived up to standards. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating, in my case I asked for late checkout. They graciously gave me an extra 2 hour without extra fees. Also stored my bags for free until my flight departure time.

This was a layover stay and I guess it served its purpose. The Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal was very simple and bland. I guess I had higher expectations because the night prior to they we had stayed at the Hyatt Grand Hotel and that stay was over the top luxury. I felt that the Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal cut corners in terms of room experience. Also in front of the front desk there was vending machine and it really made the hotel look cheap. The hotel had a Resturant but it was over priced for what it was serving. I observed a lot of hotel guests ordered from Uber Eats which is what we ended up doing because it was expensive to eat at the hotel and food options limited. The only nice feature is the complimentary airport shuttle bus that is collectively shared with the Sheridan and Marriott Hotels. I guess I had high expectations for the Hyatt hotel and was disappointed how bland it was. I don’t think I would stay there for a layover next time.

First night-unfortunate to be placed in a room close to the ice station /machine. Too loud. 2nd night -had to move to a different room due to a malfunctioning AC at 6AM, 3rd night new room -too loud and they only did spit cleaning, we saw hair strands all over
