This is a nice hotel, the parking garage leaked hard water all over my car and didn’t care at all. The floor in the room was all laminated and sticky in some locations. Windows were filthy, couldn’t see out them. Toilet ran non stop. Bathroom door slides and blocks the closet when open.

Hotel was excellent. Pool was great. Areas to hang out were plentiful. Staff was excellent. Direct access to IGA, subway stop and food court. Very clean. Location was nice. The Village seemed to have a lot of homelessness and unfortunate people. Needed to be cautious with the kids. But it didn’t take away from the experience of the hotel.

Cockroaches on the hotel and pool has dirty water. No one‘s cleaning reported to the main desk. I doubt it they’ll do anything.
