Very upscale property that’s well maintained with restaurant, bar and pool onsite. Convenient location. Staff is courteous but slow to respond. I was told a staff member would call me back to help with a pull out bed and internet issues and didn’t hear back on the latter. For the sofa they should have had someone arrange it at check in. Instead I called at 930pm after exhausted from a long day and flight and ready to go to bed. Only to be surprised that we needed a staff member to do it for us and it took around 40 mins for someone to come though told a few times after calling that it would be a few mins

Disappointed on second stay.

Room had nice view of the harbor, but was very dark at night. Requested additional lamps, they said they would but they never showed up. Booked a club room but found the breakfast buffet the same every day. We think the rooms could use some updating. Probably will try another hotel when next visiting Montreal. Also, cocktails at the bar are extremely overpriced. You are better off going to a nearby restaurant where prices are more reasonable

I had roof top damage of my SUV while I am parking at the hotel underground parking, I was told by the bellman this type of incidents happen a couple of times every week, he even has a hight measuring stick with him all the time at valet park entrance! He was very helpful and guided me out from a different entry not exit to save my car from more damage! My SUV is just a normal one.i believe they have a fine print somewhere on the website but for the price i paid for the room, i wished they give a notice in advance to the customer about low hight parking garage, not drive SUV or bigger van to the parking!

Very comfortable upscale hotel. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. The shower was excellent, the room very clean, the lobby clean and orderly, and the hotel by and large was very quiet and comfortable. The concierge was very helpful in finding nearby restaurants. Really would have liked to have had the 10th floor deck available and working. We were disappointed that there was no lounge or restaurant that overlooked the beautiful city. Even a deck that allowed us to sit and enjoy our own bottle of wine or refreshments would have been great. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back on our next visit.
