Loud at night but nice otherwise; great location!

Our room was nice and spacious. Foldout couch wasn’t very comfortable but I think that’s to be expected. Regular bed was ok. I wish there were mirrors in the main room (the only mirrors were in the bathroom). It was also very loud at night. We could hear people in the street until 2am. I finally put a white noise app on my phone and fell asleep. Staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice vibe. Great location!

The Hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and chic. The feel of an updated home in the center old world charm. The location was perfect, as we walked everywhere. We did not need to call for our car to get anywhere in the city. The staff were perfect! Knowledgeable, offering assistance with all details to make us comfortable in a city we were unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend Le Sainte-Sulpice Hotel Montreal for your vacation stay. Location, location, location !!!! Everything was perfect!

From checking in to when we checked out the overall experience was welcoming and cozy. The staff was very friendly overall. Even when you head out to the area around the hotel it doesn't feel like a tourist attraction. It feels like you're on a walk of the town just as any other person.

We usual stay here when visiting Montreal. This time round we were a little disappointed. We had a loft goon on the second floor that faced the main road. We had a window that did not close properly and found it very loud all night. They fixed the window the next day, still noisy.Then on Sunday in the afternoon we had a sewer smell on our room. They responded quickly addressing the smell however there was a bubble forming on the ceiling above our toilet. They fixed it however the next morning it was back. Not sure why we had so many issues however they did try their best to resolve the issues.

Definitely a must stay when in Old Montreal. Arrived super late and they were really accommodating. The renovated rooms were absolutely beautiful. There is construction going on around the hotel that should be ending in December 2025 but it didn’t really cause too many issues. Just some street detours and noise during the day.
