I would give this property a negative five stars. It was the worst hotel experience I have experienced. There were several school trips booked at the hotel at the time of our booking. The schools had hired extra security to help with the adolescents. The security was of no help and the hotel staff would not help. There was drinking, partying, rap music, and yelling in the stairwells and outside of my door. I called the front desk for help and they replied that these were allowed to occur until 11 pm. This went on for several hours until the young people went out and there was a short reprieve until they returned at 2 am. There was then a full-on shouting match at 2 am outside of our room. It was frightening and the hotel staff were not able to contain the situation. I had purchased breakfast tickets for myself and my daughters. There was little to no breakfast left in the morning when we arrived. There was still plenty of time left for the breakfast service but it seemed that the hotel had not planned for the large group. There were broken dishes, dirty tables, and overcrowded tables. The only food available was limited croissants. I spoke again with the staff when checking out, but they did not offer any assistance. I paid over $400 for accommodations. The hotel offered zero assistance or follow-up. I did email them as well but they did not reply. Of note, this is the first review I have ever posted but I felt compelled to warn others.
