J’ai loué cet appartement 4 mois pour mon fils etudiant qui arrivait seul de France pour ses etudes a Montreal. Laurence a été tres bienveillante avec lui et lui a facilité son adaptation dans ce nouveau pays. L’appartement situé idealement dans le plateau, est très agreable a vivre et ne manque de rien. Tout a été facile, je recommande vivement.

Perfect stay!

This apartment has lots of charm and is very cozy for my winter stay. Laurence (the property owner) is assessable, easy to communicate with and very welcoming! The apartment is very well situated and has everything that you can need. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement of the building which is nice to not be having to trek over to a laundromat. The apartment is in the heart of plateau so lots of easy access to coffee shops and markets. If you are looking for a cheaper grocery store in the neighborhood head over to Segal's Market on St. Laurent Blvd. Apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to both Mont Royal Station and Sherbrooke station. The apartment gets lots of nice natural light in the afternoons. Internet was fast and reliable. If you are considering booking, just go for it! It really has been such an easy spot to stay.
