It is within walking distance from the train station. The ferry to Chillon Castle is just across the road. Excellent hotel. The staff checking us in was most helpful and friendly. Although we arrived before the 3 pm checked in time, she was able to facilitate an early check in without any fuss.

The location is excellent, right across from Lake Geneva, with beautiful views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The room was clean and comfortable, though shower space does not have solid separation, but just curtain. It may depend on room. I had a slight lake view through the window, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth, and everything I needed for a short stay was provided.

Stayed for one night and would not want to extend beyond that. The hotel is ok but in need of some upgrades. The mattress was far too soft and I sunk into it. Wish it had USB outlets for charging devices. Only has Swiss outlets (and I only have 1 adapter). Guy at reception worked both my check in & check out. Not exactly the most welcoming guy. (Nothing specific struck me other than his personality was just a bit lacking.) Best thing about hotel is its location. Convenient to the train station and the heart of town.

Montreax has been a highlight for us during our trip to Switzerland. And part of it has been our stay in this hotel. I know I’m spelling this wrong but the gentleman whose name is pronounced Chubby was so kind and helpful. We loved our room and all staff members were very kind.

The property is great. Wonderful location and friendly staff. But I recommend booking through the property and not through Expedia. Expedia double booked me and I had to pay. Unfortunately, this is my last experience with Expedia.

Good value in a great location. I had a room overlooking the lake - was quiet enough given the relatively busy street below. Nice little balcony as well. Check-in was easy. Some furnishings were a bit rough around the edges but everything was clean.

Montreux

The hotel has a perfect location being right on the lakeside. Our room was large, comfortable and clean with a sweet little balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wevery much enjoyed our stay.
