The hotel is new and very clean. The room was also meticulously cleaned, with attention to even the smallest details. The hotel staff were extremely kind. When they noticed that we were train enthusiasts, they guided us to a fifth-floor balcony with a great view of the trains. We had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location actually on platform 1 of the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic with omelette made to order and the Queen music playing on vinyl in the background was lovely. All in all I couldn't thank the Freddie mercury hotel team enough for an unforgettable 60 birthday trip. Will definitely be back 100%.

Nice modern hotel , literally down the road from the platform of the train station. Staff was nice and helpful. The only issue was that you hear the train from the room once in a while. I was on the second floor, perhaps higher up or on the opposite side of the hotel would be better. I still recommend this hotel as its very nice and close by to alot of things.

Great help from Ionut when we checked in so kudos to him. Literally next door to the train station although really up the hill from the city and the lake. Great breakfast buffet (not included with the room, still worth it). The mattress on one side of the bed tilted downward. One the tables had poke or punch marks on it and the cleaning staff did not change one of the sheets that had stains on it. We also saw trash on a table in a common area that did not get picked the three days we stayed there.
