Upeat San Juan -vuoristonäkymät ja yksityisyys! Mitä muuta tarvitset? Tämä koti on piilotettu päätieltä. Kun olet tullut ajotieltä, voit nauttia näkymistä kauniille laitumelle. Great Home Base for Outdoor Recreation

We really enjoyed our stay; 3 60 yo's on their annual fly fishing trip. The home is centrally located for adventures to the Black Canyon, Gunnison Gorge or north to Gunnison. It's off the street and has nice views up the hills with plenty of parking. Just minutes to the restaurants in Montrose. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished with utensils, staples and everything we needed. They did not have a bbq grille though. It's as presented, no surprises.

Little Ranch stay

This property is quiet and for the most part secluded. The house was clean and neatly decorated. Beds were comfortable and accommodating. The host is easy to work with and listens to all concerns; when I did contact the host she responded in just minutes which makes me believe she will to the best of her ability fix whatever issues need addressed. I encourage anyone with concerns or specific issues to contact the owner as soon as reasonably possibly to correct or address any and all concerns they may have. Over all a comfortable place to stay.

Great home base for exploring the Western Slope

The house was clean and supplied with most anything you could need. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was easy and she quickly responded when we had questions.

Views, Peace and Quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Powers Ranch home. I especially loved the location with views in almost every direction. We enjoyed some very lovely sunrises and sunsets. I take long morning walks and was able to safely walk along Landfill Road and was waved at by every passerby. I'm a fan of peace and quiet, and this home was positioned so that I received plenty of both. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, our stay was cut one day short. I hope someday to return and make up that with a longer stay. The area around Montrose is a treasure for nature lovers. We visited the Black Canyon, Ridgway, Escalante Canyon, and took the short drive to Paonia. I loved the views of the San Juans from this property, as well. Tamara was easy to communicate with, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Like I said before, I hope to return someday!

Nice Stay

Overall it was a nice stay for the price. It was extremely clean and very quiet area. I would bring your own pillows if you can. The ones they provide were kind of flat. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great Location and Peaceful

We loved the space and privacy of this rental, and the close proximity to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. It is in a good location and it was very clean and comfortable, great views of the mountains out the living room window.

Quiet, Cozy and Comfortable in Colorado

Excellent location! Was truly a very quiet area, very private with great views yet cozy, clean and comfortable. The car port was nice when it snowed, would also be great to keep vehicle cool in the summer. Easy drive to everything, airport, shopping, sightseeing. Felt safe as we were on high ground and higher than other homes nearby.

Clean and comfortable

I had a fantastic experience staying here. Property is secluded and very quiet. They have taken great care in making sure the home is clean and comfortable. I would definitely book again. To be more specific. Kitchen has plenty of anything you need to cook with. We are buying the same fridge for our home. If it’s not brand new it’s got to be close. Washer/dryer worked great. Living room area was nice and cozy with a large TV. I stayed in the master bedroom. King size bed with plenty of pillows. Bathrooms were clean with nice towels. Overall they definitely try to make sure you have a pleasant stay it was very evident. Communication was also great.

Minor miscommunication with checkout procedures.

We had to leave early due to a dental issue. Only brief checkout procedures were listed in the book. We received an email the day before our original checkout (we were already home) with details about checkout. Second the book request to use the gas grill and not the Traeger. The gas grill didn't even have a gas bottle.

Great place while exploring area

Very clean and comfortable. Located conveniently for exploring Montrose downtown and south rim of Black Canyon. Plenty of space for my husband and I. Also plenty of kitchen amenities for our meal preparation.

Beautiful home, Great stay

My mom and I stayed here (2 bedrooms). Beautiful sunrise, great views of snow capped mtns, clean air, and cozy home! New fire pit with chairs. Perfect location to all activities around, come back to a lovely private place! We will look into staying here again!

Great Property that is close to everything!

Great Property! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The property has many amenities and lots of room! It's a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Black Canyon & other sites around. The owner/operator also stated that they had addressed some of the issues with the large security deposit issue that we faced.

Clean house, quite location

Overall, this was a nice stay and would stay again. Everything looked and smelled clean and was organized. It is in a nice, quiet location. We stayed for 15 nights so it was great to have access to a kitchen stocked with basics and a washer and dryer for our laundry. Small bit of caution in that the pictures showed a picture of the 3rd bedroom which is actually locked off and not accessible. Also, the internet was quite slow. We work remotely and it was difficult to work at times due to the slow speed. Movies or TV shows were repeatedly stalled or timed out.

The Power Ranch was a perfect month long stay for us while we closed on our new home

Charmingly decorated, fully stocked kitchen for all our hoke cooking, a cool and strange slice of Montrose with epic views of the Adobe mountains - all in all a wonderful experience, though the satellite internet lagged at times and I think the owner is addressing.
