Schönes Appartement in gepflegter Anlage

Unser Aufenthalt war genau wie erwartet. Das Appartement ist geräumig, sauber, komfortabel eingerichtetet und ideal für uns. Die abgeschlossenene Anlage mit großem Pool, Tennisplatz und Parkplatz im privaten Bereich ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin hat sehr gut geklappt. Also alles in allem toll! Wir werden wohl wieder kommen...

Prima appartement vlak bij Lago Magiore

Net en ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 balkons. Groot zwembad, helaas moet je wel een badmuts op! Vlak bij Guree Beach, hier genoeg gratis parkeerplaatsen. Ruimte genoeg in zon en schaduw. Water op sommige plekken wel veel algen. Maar verder fijne plek.

Lati positivi: posto pulito, comprensorio delizioso, posizione ottima, signora addetta alla consegna chiavi molto disponibile e flessibile negli orari, parcheggio interno, quiete totale. Lati negativi: materassi e cuscini pessimi, asciugamani e lenzuola pagati 10 euro a persona spaiati, vecchi e ruvidi. Niente phon e niente disponibilità a fornirlo segnalata l'assenza. Bagno vecchiotto decisamente da manutenere. Richiesta cauzione di 200 euro per eventuali danni, a mio avviso eccessivo

Ganz okay mit Einschränkungen

Wir hatten große Hitze, die Wohnung ist ohne Klimaanlage, es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung zu kühlen, wir kamen also auch nachts nicht zur Ruhe, das sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken. Die Unterkunft war sauber und einigermaßen akzeptabel, für einen Badeurlaub geeignet. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett. Einige Schrauben halten nicht mehr in der Wand. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, eng, der Duschkopf sehr niedrig (autsch) und total verkalkt, das geht sicher besser. Für den Gemeinschaftspool (ca. 10x20m) sind Bademützen Pflicht - absolut blöd wenn man das vorher nicht weis, denn Geschäfte für Bademützen muss man dort erst mal suchen - wir haben keines gefunden. Wer Restaurants sucht sollte sich auf Fahrtwege gefasst machen. Akzeptabel war XXX. Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen da uns auch der See nicht überzeugt hat, der Weg dorthin ist länger als angegeben, der Strand ist leider ungepflegt, die Spielgeräte in der Sonne.
