Attitude adjustment is needed for primarily the pool staff. Haven't talked to management but the supervisor is keen to protect bad behavior and we have been customers there for 40 years. Not going back...we did not enjoy our room as we just brushed our teeth in it. We packed our stuff and headed ouras the abuser was left to finish off her shift.

Our room 211 was in need of update: trim on bathroom hallway door was in poor paint condition. The furniture was old and worn looking on the dresser, headboards & night table. Absolutely disappointing and not worth what we paid for room. The carpets in hallways were dirty & old looking and hallway walls had big chips out of them and need to be painted. The restaurant food was excellent but very overpriced.

Room was quite outdated. Hotel does not make it aware to guests that there are scheduled cleaning time for the pool area. This should be posted for people to be aware. Twice we went in for 5 minutes, then had to get out for cleaning. We happened to go on a night where there was a storm passing by, and employees yelled for everyone to get out of the pool and immediately head to the change rooms with no further explanation for why for the people inside the pool area.

There was a large parkade for parking. The room was spacious and quite clean although an older room. We inquired about a remodeled room, but apparently due to our booking type we were not able to upgrade. Noisy throughout the night with people hanging out in the parkade.

Walking distance to good stores and different activities. Pool was very enjoyable and clean. Downside... the waitress at the cafeteria was a bit feisty.
