There was a loud banging noise on top of our room. After it continued, I went to the front desk and complained. They brushed me off. I went to the desk another two times- and I invited the desk clerk to my room to listen for herself. She then said she would talk to her “ mother”. I went back to the room and the noise was gone. It stopped, and started again around 6:30 am. They knew the problem, but were reluctant to attend to fixing it. I feel a refund is in order.

Almost everything was wonderful. A major negative for us was that housekeeping staff came banging on our door 2 hours before checkout time. They proceeded to unlock the door even though it was early and our "do not disturb" sign was on the outside of the door. The worst part was they didn't bother to lock the door again when they realized we were still there sleeping (trying to sleep).

The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we were at the back of the building, near the train tracks, and heard at least 3 trains through the night. This could probably be solved by turning on the A/C. Otherwise a very good night.

Stayed here multple times in the past. Less satisfied this time. No coffee maker in room but avail 24/7 downstairs. Only 2 hard pillows on bed, addional 2 requested and provided were very lumpy.
