I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. I did have difficulty finding it, there is no signage, so I had to reference the Expedia photos that showed the exterior. My room was on the second floor and it turned out they were working on all those other rooms up there, so it was all to myself. Was within a 10 minute walk to historic centro. would stay again

Reservé, arribé a las 10 pm totalmente desfallecido de cansancio, dormí algo así como una hora, después quise hacer uso del baño, el cual es COMPARTIDO, pero estaba cerrado con llave. Intenté ir al baño a las 2 a.m. y el baño seguía cerrado, quise buscar a alguien que me ayudara, nadie atiende. A las 6 a.m. tomé la toalla para bañarme, el baño seguía con llave. Ese día no pude asearme, ni hacer del baño, tuve qué aguantar las ganas de orinar, no pude cepillarme los dientes ni nada de aseo personal, y nadie atendió. A las 8 a.m. dejé la habitación y entregué las llaves a un muchacho que llegó tarde a atender la recepción. Total: un asco de servicio, no lo recomiendo y ni de loco regreso a este lugar de Morelia.

No me gusto que no haya agua, ni vasos desechables en la habitación. Que solo sean 2 baños compartidos para todas las habitaciones. La TV no agarra señal. La cama es dura pero limpia. 👍

Cama muito desconfortável (havia um buraco no colchão). Toalhas todas rasgadas. Sem conforto nenhum para os hóspedes. Não recomendo se quiser ter uma noite em uma cama confortável.

Pesimo lugar

Pesima comodidad en hotel. Colchón en mal estado. Baños muy sucios (si son compartidos no hay papel). Cucarachas por doquier. Sábanas pican de tanto cloro que tienen. La verdad fui oor necesidad puea eataba miy cansado y cuando reservé, en la pagina no dicen varias cosas y me quede pues ya era yarde y estaba fastidiado de buscar lugar para descansar.

Para nada recomendable

Es un motel más que hotel, el baño es compartido y ahorita por el COVID no es recomendable, entran varias habitaciones a un solo baño, después de las 11 pm no hay quien atienda se queda solo el lugar, muy amable la señora de limpieza eso si, no se que más decir no lo recomiendo en general por ese precio encuentras mejores estancias
