Too noisy, the hotel parking is not on property, and you can hear people from next door, we had a terrible experience. There was a group leaving and woke us up from 5:30 to 7:30 talking for hours. the hotel should ask big groops to be more quiet if they are leaving that early.

The front desk was really nice and friendly. They have valet parking and helper to take you to you room. The explain you everything and the best way. Rooms are very clean and a lot extra espace. Plus is almost in front of the cathedral. I really recommend.

Location can't be beat. Interior rooms have no windows and rooms felt stuffy from time to time, as AC turns off when you leave. Or is very cold. Staff is very nice and you can book tours from the lobby. Charming hotel.

Casi todo estuvo bien. Pero las toallas viejas y percudidas. No hay ganchos para pantalones ese un gran inconveniente, El control de la televisión sin pilas. Y no habia acondicionador para el cabello. La Recepción Excelente El Restaurante y meseros Excelente. In front of bedrooms they have sitting area and they are beautiful BUT if several people sit and are talking you can hear them from your bedroom and if its late. My last night the persons didn't stop talking until 11 pm
