Was fine overall, the hallways smelled moldy and a bit like onions, bed pretty lumpy, pillows equally so , bathroom was fine, not on them, but whoever put the shower in didnt mesure and the showerhead was pushing up the ceiling tile

Room was clean. The staff was great, we had a problem with our toilet at 2am, the next morning they moved us to a different room. the building needs repair by the hallway that goes to the lobby. The floor was always wet and the exterior door needed to be replaced.

The room had a musty odor and was very humid. The bathroom counter was not clean. It had little green leaves from a bouquet in the corner. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. Parking was easy and secure. There was no service for linens or towels. No one cleaned when you were out of the room. Overall, I would not recommend this facility. Seems like they are having problems with the AC and the shower wets the entire floor. Lots of room to improve.

It was not too far from shopping and restaurants. The room needed to be upgraded. The hallway carpeting needed to be cleaned. There was a HUGE leak in one of the hallways that is supposedly getting fixed, but we had to walk through standing water to get from the front desk to the elevators. They through commercial rugs down, but it was damp. The room smelled damp and the hallway outside of our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

Nice clean room. The bathtub is tiny, so be careful when you shower; otherwise, it's a great room for our trip.

This property is being upgraded from a Best Western, so it is not yet up to QI standards. That being said, the staff is exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is very easy and convenient.
