The Intrêts residence is located in the heart of the center of Avoriaz. It borders the main street and the shops located there.

The ski area can be easily reached by the slopes that cross the resort or simply by the main street that serves the Arare sector. The Dromonts ski lift in the center of the resort allows you to quickly reach the Plateau and Super-Morzine sectors. Surface area : about 55 m². Orientation : South.
