Immodreams - Le Cocooning - Avoriaz

This magnificent, completely redecorated duplex studio is ideally located in Le Thuya residence, on the famous Promenade des Ardoisières.



The entrance opens onto the bathroom with bath and WC, and 2 large storage cupboards.



Few steps lead up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...). This area also features a large dining table with 5 seats.



A small step separates the living area, featuring a convertible sofa, TV and coffee table. Access to a quiet balcony facing west.



On the left of the kitchen area, stairs lead up to the mezzanine, where you'll find the sleeping area with 2 double beds (WARNING: low ceilings mean you can't stand up), TV and storage space.



You will have access to the whole apartment.



We are based in Avoriaz and available during your stay if needed.



The Dromonts area is a quiet, historic part of Avoriaz, with many chalets. The slopes are easily accessible from the apartment. A public elevator makes it easy to get back to the apartment after the day's skiing without having to push!



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, so once you've parked your car you can take a snowcat to the apartment. You'll need to pay around €13 for a ride (bring cash) for the whole family.
