Magnificent Beachfront Townhome

Gorgeous stretches of white sand and blue hues as the sky meets the ocean welcome you to the finest area on Jimmy Hill. This luxury townhome has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and capacity to sleep 10.

Upon entering the townhome, you are met with a stunning view of the ocean through a glass wall that can be fully opened to bring in the beautiful outside. The modern kitchen offers everything needed to enjoy a lavish meal or a casual beachside spread. The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings with room to spare. A stylish half bath is conveniently located here for easy guest access.

Stepping outside onto the private covered patio, you will immediately feel the ocean breeze. Choose to lounge on the plush patio furniture or one of the lounge chairs by the infinity edge pool and hot tub. Or, step off the patio onto the soft, white sand just feet away from the ocean waves. The beautiful beach extends 8 miles to the left and 2 miles to the right.

The upstairs double master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the sprawling grounds and spectacular ocean. It has a king-sized bed and a screened off separate area containing a full-size bed, perfect for a family. A wall mounted TV allows for viewing from any angle. Here, there is a bookcase with DVDs and books. The master bath has a walk-in shower that can easily accommodate 2 people, twin vessel sinks, and a water closet with a separate door to keep private matters very private.

The second upstairs bedroom boasts its own smaller balcony that sits nestled among the palms and foliage overlooking the grounds. There is a pedestal jetted tub with a hand-held shower wand in the cheerfully decorated bathroom. In addition to the TV, there is a separate writing desk, a perfect spot to unwind after an active, sun-filled, adventurous day.

Both upstairs bedrooms are separated by an office/loft which has a pull-out leather couch that will sleep 2.

The downstairs bedroom is well appointed and has a private outdoor patio space (with an outdoor shower). The bathroom is fully handicapped/wheelchair accessible including the (indoor) shower area.

This luxury townhome has easy access just across Jimmy Hill to the airport and is minutes away from shopping and exciting island excursions. Enjoy the many ways to interact with nature.

This was a beautiful property, an absolute beautiful group of seven villas with a stunning view of the beach and crystal turquoise water. The pool was a hit with the group and sourround by a huge space to relax, lounge and mingle with friends and familyThe property is STEPS away from the beach. It was also a very quick drive from the airport to the villa, a short drive to Georgetown and within two of stores for essentials. We slao walked down the beach to Tims 2x, it was fabulous.Our hosts were wonderful, very responsive, and thought of everything guests would need or want for a vacation. The villa was stocked with "all the things", a spacious kitchen that had everything we could think of using, even two different coffee pots for the serious coffee drinkers. The master bedroom was huge! We loved the balcony. In my opinion, our villa had the BEST patio/outdoor furniture. Very comfy. The outdoor shower and grill were clean and ready to use. We met the cleaning staff and she was a delight! She answered all our questions and was very happy to show us where this or that was located. When we visit again, this will be our first choice! Thank you for the hospitality, what a fantastic place to stay for our first time. Thank you again!

What a wonderful time in Exuma. The ‘Heaven on Earth’ house was amazing. Perfect for 3 couples, but would accommodate 2-4 children additionally. Very comfortable, beautiful pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach! Thank you!

Perfect Villa for Family stay

Love this place and location. It is a quiet area with a beautiful beach front with pool and hot tub. It is near the airport but this is Exuma airport, never saw one plane flying over. It’s a small airport . Pamela was super responsive and have the most update to date information of activities you can do in Exuma. Definitely rent a car and explore, so many hidden gem beaches and local food!

Beautiful location

A beautiful complex and the host were very accommodating with an early checkin and later checkout. They answered all my concerns and questions. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The bathrooms could use updating and there wasn’t quite enough seating in the living room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.
