I came to property after booking and they said that they were booked completely. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve had to switch rooms because of uncleanliness, I did not get housekeeping service for the three days I did stay, and I also got sick from eating the breakfast. Very nasty. Or food poisoning. Its always a terrible experience when I try to stay there.

I stayed there 4 nights and they provided no services, fresh towels, make the bed, or even clean the room, when I requested services the staff was rude and disrespectful and they informed that they do not provide these services, also the lobby had no bathroom for guest's.

The t.v. doesnt work because it needs wifi only and there is the problem, the wifi never works and when it does, the t.v. never will connect to it. Stayed for 2 weeks and watched the t.v. 0 minutes. At one point near midnight a staff member came to my room (immediately after i met my black friend in the lobby and we went up to my room to hang) and banged on the door stating we were beijg too disruptive bothering the room below us dog making it bark. We were makong practically 0 noise mind you. After this false claim the syaff member then with an attitufe says she saw a huge puff of smoke come from the room when i answered the door. Total lie, my friend doesnt smoke, my wife was literally outside at that very moment smoking. Nosy staff member (felt my friend was very profiled) just needed to see what we were "up to". The rooms have phones to the desk, a call to my room about the soncalled noise should have been what was done, nope staff came directly to my door and made me open it and stuck her head in to look around. Hmmm wonder why.

Sub- par stay

They had just finished duct cleaning and we experienced coughing fits throughout the night. Switched rooms for day two and less coughing but each time we were gone for a while the coughing stopped. The bed was comfortable in the first room and quite uncomfortable in the second. Breakfast a little disappointing: with low stocks of the expected, but very clean, and certainly acceptable.
