Sorry to be disappointed!

The outside look very nice, I have always stayed at Comfort Inns. Was disappointed when I got to the room, the first room they gave me the key wouldn’t work . When we first got in the room, it didn’t look like it was cleaned, I decided it was , but it was very dusty, the bathroom mirror had spots all over it, there was no chair in the room, just a desk chair , nothing comfortable, and we were staying for 4 nights. The conditioner was empty. Couldn’t find the do not disturb sign. No hair dryer in the room, no lotion, had a problem with room keys. No explanation of how the TV worked. Couldn’t see out the window they were all fogged up. Carpet in front of the door had a very big stain. Disappointed with over all cleaning of rooms. Noise from floor above very loud. A light by the door had a faulty switch, light flickering was afraid to use it. People staying there were very friendly. Their was a sign saying they would not be doing room service for anyone staying for three days and if we needed anything they would , they did change towels and empty trash.

Well lit property, easy access to 295, and a great breakfast every morning. Staff was nice, something’s in the apartment were broken, but beds were comfortable and quiet.

Only needed the room to sleep in for a few hours, so it was fine for what we paid, but the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bed linens are noticeably worn, the bathtub paint is chipping away so much so that I couldn’t let my 2 young children in it, because they’d most likely be cut by the chipping pieces. Staff extremely friendly but definitely needs some TLC.

Property needs to be refurbished. The hotel feels dirty and old. There are cigarette butts everywhere outside on the property. It was not very comfortable atmosphere. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is nice but they kept calling about my puppy barking and everyone dog in the first floor was barking . I didn’t complain or anything but they received discounts for nothing . All of the customers that had pets in first floor were barking but I got singled out . I will not stay again .

The room needs a makeover! Toilet embedded into the wall and caulked to the wall. Holes in walls and sheet rock dust on the floor. Refrigerator doesn't work, so instead of removing and replacing they added another one blocking the path to the bathroom and front door. Faucet leaking, poor lighting in sink area. Outside AC condensation making a mess by rear exit and then into the parking lot. A mosquito breading area. You get what you pay for.
