Upon arrival, it wasn't expected to see the receptionist completely asleep. He wasn't rude, but just pretty lazy and had no friendliness left in him. I guess he was working long hours(?).
After the awkward check-in process, I purchased a "smoke-free" room...with a bed with obvious cigarette burns in the comforter. The room overall really wasn't too bad, but the shower and tub were a whole new level of filth. I wouldn't bathe an animal in it! It was revolting.
Due to the poor condition of the building as a whole and poor quality of service, I think they should get rid of all the furniture, hire a new team, and turn the rooms into affordable apartments.
Nothing fancy but much better than the other place we had originally booked. Only real complaint was the other guest were loud all night and day making it hard to sleep.
This place is a dump. The outside of the room is loaded with beds and bed rails. The walls are paper thin. The front desk attendant was rude. Lastly the violated me rights for a service dog.
Wasn't bad for the price but the bed felt like I was laying on plywood and the pillows are flat like pieces of paper.. worse sleep I had . Very uncomfortable.
The property was not like the images. Check-in was through a take-out window -no beautiful lobby like image. The room was very dingy, unclean and out dated. I would not go back nor recommend it to anyone I know.
I stayed at this hotel and had everything but a good time when I first checked in, they put me in a room with two beds. Both of the beds had dirty sheets. One of the beds had a dirty pillow that was completely black. I complained housekeeping came in Wick, the stuff off the bed and proceeded to walk out like nothing happened I asked for new sheets. They then changed me to a new room with one bed. The air conditioning in the room fell apart completely. Two random men, then later banged on my door around 1 o’clock in the morning and then another one a couple hours later I felt very unsafe. I went to the front desk and I let them know about that. The Man changed my room again. The room that they moved me to had no lock on the door and a couple hours later a random lady just walks in my room. That was absolutely it for me. My safety was at risk my whole entire stay. I ended up checking out early and going to a different hotel. Will NEVER IN MY LIFE stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are a female traveling alone.
No light over sink, switch there but ceiling box covered- had to use cell phone light to see to brush teeth. Bath tub a mess and needs replacing. TV legs broken.
