The rugs need replacement. The front desk clerks were very patient and nice. I arrived and they did not have my reservation because Expedia failed to send it over so the front desk took their time to help me. He allowed me to get my reservation and delt with Expedia on the back end.

Bathroom floor was very sticky. Eggs at breakfast buffet were grayish in color. Only 1 luggage cart(which could barely fit in the elevator. Location and surrounding area was good.

The place smelled, the room was not nice and no regular television. Shower was crooked and the floor uneven. Stains on the sheets with dried blood stain. Not worth the money compared to others. I will never stay again and feel like I need to decontaminate myself and all my clothes

Needs fixing up but clean/comfortable

This was probably a beautiful fancy hotel at one time but it is slightly run down now. That being said…. I loved the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable rooms. The price was also good.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Only drawbacks were having to step around a small amount of broken glass and some vomit in the parking lot and the bath towels in the bathroom could’ve been softer.
