The hotel is very unassuming from looking at the outside. It was shut down for a while and you can tell whoever owns the place is trying. The lobby is very nice and welcoming when you walk in. The room was clean with some updates. The TV system doesn’t have a “hotel” system to watch tv so you have to connect and watch your own streaming service. Overall, it’s not bad. They definitely need some good exposure to continue to grow and improve.

the check in and check out were a breeze. staff very kind and friendly. The facility is older, some of the furninture was worn out and the bath tub was not gleaming... a lot of use probably. The beds were great, firm and not overused. I would definitely recommend if you are ok with a bit of an older facility.

This hotel us to be one of the top hotels in SJ, come to find out it fell to the bottom. People run in and out of the rooms all night making loud noises. Doors slamming hard. No restaurant, shop to purchase snacks was told to go next door to the gas station. No ice machines. The front desk clerk could barely speak English. Later in visit found out that the hotel just sold and will be under New management. Hopefully the reduce the hotel. Also found out old owners renovented rooms that were on floors 6 - 10
