Escape to our peaceful, private home just 8 minutes from the beach + 20 minutes from downtown.

Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious front porch, squeeze in a workout in the private gym, and cap off your evening gathered around the fire pit under the stars.

This single-family, elevated home is situated on 1.35 acres in Mount Pleasant. The property sits well back from the main road offering plenty of privacy and tons of parking.

GARAGE: Houses our Gym - weight lifting machines, dumbbells, cable machines, squat rack, and a full bathroom. *NOTE: please sign waiver located inside our house binder prior to use. Respect our clients when sharing the gym. NOTE: Starting June 25, 2025 - we will no longer be working out of the gym.

The beach essentials are stored here: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a skim board and cooler. We have 4 beach cruisers available for your use as well. There’s also a ping pong table, an 8’ table for party games and darts.

KITCHEN: Equipped with extras like an insta-pot, blender, toaster oven, and mini waffle maker. The island seats 4 people and a couch right off the kitchen offers more seating.

“FOURTH” BEDROOM: located off the kitchen, includes a queen-size, pull-out sofa bed, blackout curtains, freestanding clothes rack with shelves, and barn doors for privacy.

LIVING ROOM: Features a cathedral ceiling with sky lights and plenty of windows with a 65" smart TV. There’s a large sectional as well as a full-size sleeper sofa, a chair, and floor pillows.

BEDROOM 1: The primary is located on the main floor, past the washer/dryer and closet. The room is spacious and includes a king-size bed and its own 65” smart TV. The ensuite bathroom was fully renovated in July 2022 and includes a shower as well as stand-alone bathtub.

**QUEEN SIZE AIR MATTRESS located inside the primary closet with sheets and bedding.

BEDROOM 2: Located on the second floor with king-size bed and 50” smart TV. Equipped with blackout curtains.

BEDROOM 3: Located on the second floor with both a queen and full-size bed. Equipped with blackout curtains.

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a fully renovated (July 2022) jack-and-jill bathroom with combo shower/bathtub.

A printer and electric sit-stand desk is located on the landing of the second floor.

**Only 4 bedrooms… but the use of 2 sofa beds and a queen-size mattress allows us to sleep up to 14 people.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting June 1, 2025, we will no longer be living in the backyard RV and starting June 25, we will no longer be working out of the garage gym. The full property will be completely private starting June 25, 2025.
