Welcome to Ski Den Unit B, a brand new, one-bedroom and two-bath home, a beautifully designed retreat nestled in the heart of Mountain Green, Utah, just minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort for the winter. In the Summer, it is close to water sports, hiking, and other activities. This spacious downstairs unit combines comfort and functionality, offering everything needed for a relaxing mountain getaway.
A seasonal pool for summertime relaxation, two hot tubs, open year-round, Pickleball courts for fun and activity, and a ski shuttle service to Snowbasin in the winter months.
This downstairs residence is part of a thoughtfully designed single home. The upper level is a completely separate unit and may also be occupied during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and the home was designed to allow guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently.
As you step inside, youâll be greeted by an inviting open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. The fully stocked kitchen is designed for both convenience and culinary creativity, featuring a gas range, a filtered instant hot water faucet perfect for making tea or coffee, and a variety of high-end appliances, including a spacious refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, electric teapot, and more. The dining table seats up to six guests but can be extended to accommodate eight, with the extra chairs stored inside the primary bedroom closet.
The cozy living room with lovely views provides the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure. A plush sectional sofa invites you to relax in front of the smart TV, while the electric fireplace creates a warm and inviting ambiance. For those who need to work remotely, a spacious desk and chair offer a dedicated office nook, ensuring both comfort and productivity.
Through the kitchen, a private patio provides an outdoor escape, furnished with a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the crisp mountain air. The entire unit is accessed through the garage, where a key pad code and key box is provided for convenience. Guests will have access to covered parking in a shared two-car garage alongside guests from Unit A. Both Units will need to share a key fob to access the community amenities. The key fob will be stored in the garage. Each guest can use the fob for 2 hours.
The spacious primary suite is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The king-size bed features an electric blanket, ensuring warmth on chilly nights. A smart TV is available for streaming entertainment. The en-suite bathroom offers dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and thoughtful touches such as a lighted makeup mirror and a hairdryer. A walk-in closet adds extra storage space and includes a charming vanity with built-in lights. Additionally, a pack-n-play and high chair are available for guests traveling with little ones.
A half-bath is located in the hallway for added convenience. The unit also features a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided for guest use. An iron and ironing board are stored in the entryway cabinet, and an extra full-size foldable mattress with bedding is available in the closet. Pool towels can be found under the sink in each bathroom.
