Breakfast options were good. The staff were very efficient at breakfast service. The in room service was excellent. Abraham and Rohit did a superb job of replenishing tea, coffee, water etc. It was all done with a smile.

The stay didn't get off to a promising start. Two e-mails to the hotel's Reservations Dept went answered so i had to book the hotel through Hotels.com. I didn't get offered a drink while I was waiting to check in. On the plus side, the senior managers, Alapan and Prasad, were courteous and helpful and they're both a credit to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable as usual and the food was of a high standard. Rajshree at Tratorria continues to bright one's morning with her cheerful demeanour. Bellboys and concierge were very helpful.

Having stayed at Taj properties many times, we were slightly disappointed for not having our room ready upon arrival even though check in is 2pm. We had to wait nearly an hour or so. Being such a caliber of hotel, we would not expect this. For breakfast as well there was an influx of people and we had to sit outisde. I believe the staff is friendly but service in my eyes was not to par. I have stayed at many of your properties and would expect nothing but excellence in Mumbai as well

Hotel environment outside quite dirty and rats all over. Rooms are very clean but the aminities are very poor for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was super good and lots of varieties overall the staff are very nice and helpful. Want to go back on my next trip to india .
