The royal club is great and the manager on on 8th floor is simply outstanding and leaves no stone unturned to resolve any issue guest may have. He is the best and makes all the difference and one of the main reason I keep going to the Leela mumbai

It's an OK hotel. Service can be better

First they gave me a smoking room even though I had asked for a non smoking room. The list of facilities included airport transfers at the time of booking, but at the time of checkout, they said no it's not included. It's an OK hotel.

Great place close to Mumbai airport. Staying here took the hassle out of trying to reach the airport on Ganesh Visarjan day when major roads in the city are closed. The lovely lobby hosting an art exhibition and excellent restaurant choices made it easy to gather with friends
