I booked the Trident hotel for my parents as they were travelling from Punjab to Mumbai for there US interview. The hotel staff was amazing. They let my parents do a early check in as there flight landed in the morning as per request. The staff was very kind and helping in all the ways.

Staff are amazing Only issue faced was a noisy drunk neighbour who was loud and could be heard through the bedroom wall The hotel did apologise for this 2 way airport transfers and lounge were a welcome change Lounge operates till 10 pm and serves delicious hot snacks Breakfast menu in lounge was also impressive and exhaustive better than the Taj Will always come back to them now for trips to Mumbai Ps. Allow for traffic delays in the evening rush hour if you’re headed to the airport
