The "Kaiser" vacation home is located on the edge of the village of Niclasreuth near Aßling in the Ebersberg district.

The picturesque village of Niclasreuth is located in the south of the district of Ebersberg, around 28 km east of Munich and is an excellent starting point for Munich and the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps.



Although the surrounding area is rural, Niclasreuth has excellent connections to Munich, the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps. The cultural and trade fair city of Munich as well as the picturesque Chiemgau and the edge of the Alps can be reached in around 30 minutes by car or via the nearby train station in Aßling.



The small town is therefore the perfect starting point for any vacationer who wants to get to know both Munich and rural Bavaria. The proximity to our trade fairs in particular makes it possible for business people to switch off from their stressful working day in a relaxed environment.



In Niclasreuth and the surrounding area there are numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as golf courses.



Golf: There are 6 golf courses within a radius of around 20 km.



Ski: In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the Upper Bavarian Alps with numerous ski areas and cross-country ski trails.
