It’s my second time staying at Hotel Munich Deluxe (both times in the annex). It seems like they have an issue with their ventilation or plumbing. There’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the longer the ventilation runs, the worse the odor gets. This happened to me on both stays. You also can’t turn the ventilation off, as it switches on automatically with the light. As a woman getting ready in the bathroom, the smell honestly is disturbing. Other than that, the hotel is okay. The room design is nice and the location close to the city center is very convenient.

Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. No top sheet, no counter space. The only good thing was it was very close to Oktoberfest. Wouldn't recommend.

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room. There wasn't a kettle or cups, when we went to the lobby bar for hot water, i had to fill the kettle and do it myself, nobody was there. Internet and breakfast, both were excellent. We would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Worth the money.
