This was a quick stop for us but the front desk staff were amazing and welcoming. Our host went above and beyond to find us a proper place for dinner and the rooms were very nice. Great place to stay

Perfect location to see the sights.

Nice hotel in the perfect location to see the sights. Very accommodating staff (requested to switch rooms because of the noise from the trams which they took care of immediately). Room was very spacious and a nice big bathroom as well.

This is a weird hotel. There is no one there. Everything is done online and there is no staff available to help you. You have to wait until exactly three o’clock to get your room, even though it’s sitting there ready. My stay was fine but heaven forbid you have a problem. There is a number to call in Berlin!!??

The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, amazing rooms and close to transport links. The room we had was a great size, large separate bathroom and had an amazing view of the Karlsplatz. The only negative were that as we could hear the trams going past (and they were very regular!) but we very quickly got used to it.

Middle of everything
