Cozy chalet just 100 meters far from the beach, in Playas de Muro.

This beautiful chalet has a privileged location due to the beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. You can relax in its spacious and furnished terraces while you enjoy the good climate of Majorca.

The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room, and laundry. Outside you will find a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, heating, and a satellite TV.

The property is situated in a residential area, ideal to spend your holidays with the family or with friends. It is near to Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort; there you will find a lot of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants and you will taste the typical gastronomy. A few meters from the villa there is the Parque Nacional de la Albufera (National Park of the Albufera), ideal for going for a walk or by bike and observing the Mediterranian flora and fauna. In addition, next to the house, you will find a bus stop (from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort).

The property is located in Playas de Muro, where you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the zone, with crystalline waters and white sand.

Great place to stay overall

Very close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, spacious house. AC units in all the bedrooms do have pretty loud fans even at lowest setting (unlike the living room one which is very quiet). Also note that there was absolutely zero basics like soap, dish liquid, detergent, salt, pepper, sugar. :-(

Nice House, Beautiful Beach

Haus ist schön und war sauber. Der traumhafte Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind per Fuß zu erreichen und über die Straße befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Zu Fuß zum Strand

Schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sauber und alles drin, was man so braucht. Paar Probleme mit dem Strom - wurde vom Besitzer gefixt. Die Betten waren nur nicht ganz kompatibel mit meinem Rücken :( davon ab aber wirklich zu empfehlen. Alle Zimmer mit Klima

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe

Fussläufig vom Strand entfernt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und die Möbel sind modern. Klimaanlagen in allen wichtigen Räumen vorhanden. Klar gibt es Kleinigkeiten, die man Ändern könnte, wobei dies Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau ist ( Knarren der Türen, lautes Brummen vom Kühlschrank). Die Fewo bietet 2 moderne Bäder, 3 SZ und eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegen. Eine Tiefgarage ist auch vorhanden( wobei die Einfahrt sehr steil nach unten geht). Eine nutzbare Aussendusche war praktisch zum abspülen vom Salzwasser (Duschen gab es am Strand hier nicht). Ruhige Lage, da in einer Sackgasse am Ende gelegen. Wir würden die Fewo unbedingt weiterempfehlen👌🏻👍
