The housing has 1 bedroom with a double bed, cozy and bright; full bathroom with shower; and fully equipped open kitchen, integrated into the living-dining room, which provides spaciousness and comfort to the space. It stands out for its great natural light entry, which provides warmth throughout the day.



It also has a private terrace with unbeatable views of nature, equipped with loungers for rest, ideal for relaxing in the sun, reading, or enjoying quiet nights outdoors.



The area offers everything necessary for a complete vacation: fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, routes for walking or cycling, restaurants with local and international cuisine, supermarkets and small shops. A few minutes away is the S'Albufera Natural Park, perfect for walks and wildlife observation.



The owners reside on the ground floor of the dwelling, offering close attention if necessary, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

It is not allowed to hold parties.



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night, and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



The bail will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
