The Goldrush Getaway is a new 3 bd 2 ba home just a 10 min stroll to charming, historic downtown Murphys! Stylish and inviting, this former model home features a spacious open floor plan, large fully fenced yard, 2-car garage with EV charger, and is pet friendly.

A short walk takes you to Murphys Main St. with numerous eateries, boutique shops, galleries and over 24 wine tasting rooms. Enjoy brunch at V Bistro, a wine & cheese pairing at Lavender Ridge, or live music at Murphys Pub!

THE LIVING SPACE:
The open concept living/kitchen/dining area is ideal for gathering with a group and includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with an oversized 10-ft granite island, bar seating, 6-person dining table, sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and a 55" LG Smart TV. A patio door leads to the professionally landscaped rear yard.

The large, fully fenced rear yard is perfect for alfresco dining, bbq-ing on the Weber grill, or enjoying mountain views. A great place to relax with a glass of wine, for kids to play, or let dogs run around.

THE BEDROOMS:
The primary bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bath with oversized, spa-like shower, a 43" LG Smart TV and a sliding patio door opening to the rear yard.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, 43' LG Smart TV, a large closet and views the rear yard.

The 3rd bedroom has two Full beds, a large closet and overlooks the large, private front yard.

PETS:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with an additional $75 pet fee.

ENTERTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY:
Unwind after a day of exploring by streaming your favorite shows on one of the Smart TV's, or gather the family around the fireplace for a cozy board game night. Bring your own streaming log-ins.

Cable TV: The Smart TV's are equipped with Xfinity cable TV including over 125 channels and a variety of streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc).

Internet: The high-speed Xfinity internet (800 Mbps) is perfect for streaming or catching up on remote work.
