Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your Oceanfront condominium in Garden City, South Carolina. This family-friendly location provides attractions for all ages. The beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condominium # is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo # is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides one queen sleeper sofa located in the living room, an open dining area with a table that seats 4, as well as a private balcony. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath including a tub/shower combination. Condo # sleeps 1-4 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo # is ready for you to make long lasting memories!
