From the moment you arrive, you`ll be welcomed by serene lakefront scenery, fresh Michigan air, and the calming sounds of nature. Whether you`re sipping coffee on the patio at sunrise, kayaking across the water, or gathering around the fire pit under the stars, this lakeside escape is designed to help you unwind and reconnect.

The Space

Thoughtfully updated and spacious throughout, this single level home home features an open-concept layout that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of room to spread out.

The inviting living area offers comfortable seating, including an oversized sectional perfect for movie nights, conversations, or simply relaxing after a day on the water.

The spacious primary suite serves as a private retreat of its own, featuring:

-King bed
-Gas fireplace
-TV with streaming apps
-Private access to the backyard and patio
-Large walk-in closet
-Ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower, soaking jacuzzi tub, and ample space to relax

The bunk room is ideal for kids, teens, or larger groups and includes:

Three twin beds
Full-size lower bunk
Pull-out sofa sleeper

A semi-private bonus sleeping room just off the living area features a queen daybed along with a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay connected if work calls during your stay.

Lastly, there is a cozy third bedroom with a queen size bed and TV.

Fully stocked kitchen:

Enjoy cooking a meal for the family in this fully stocked kitchen. We provide pots, pans, bakeware, serving ware, storage dishes, cooking utensils, an air fryer, griddle. Additionally, we provide consumable items such as coffee (for Keurig and drip coffee), teas, sugar, creamer, spices, and more.

There is a separate drink fridge in the kitchen and a second full fridge in the garage for guest use.

A staircase of 57 wooden steps leads from the backyard down to the waterfront deck and dock area. The views are well worth the walk and provide a peaceful setting for fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, or simply taking in the beauty of the lake.

The stairs are equipped with solar lighting, but please exercise extra caution after dark.

Pet Friendly

Your four-legged family members are welcome too! We happily accommodate pets with a fee of $75 per pet. Please let us know in advance if you`ll be bringing your furry companions. We require all guests to pick up pet waste during their reservation.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy convenient self-check-in with a private electronic keypad entry.

Important Information

As part of our booking process, guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

A Note About Nature

This home is situated on a wooded waterfront lot surrounded by Michigan`s natural beauty. You`ll encounter mature trees, local wildlife, birds, squirrels, and other woodland visitors. During the warmer months, insects are also part of the lakeside experience. If you appreciate nature, peaceful surroundings, and waterfront living, you`ll feel right at home here.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

PET POLICY
$150 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

GAS GRILL RULES
Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks and cleaning grill before and after use. Failure to clean grill after use will result in a $75 additional cleaning charge. Grill is to be supervised at all times and away from the house/other loose items during use and shut off when not in use.

KAYAK RULES
Kayaks are to be used with care and at own risk. Property owner/property management company will not be held liable for any injuries from the use or misuse of the kayaks. Lifeguards not present on Lake Mona, so please use caution and discretion when using kayaks.
Life jackets are available in box on lower deck and are strongly recommended while enjoying kayaks.
