This spacious 1,700 sq. ft. two-level cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for families, couples, golfers, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to enjoy the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of Muskoka.

Located just a short walk from Nutt Lake, Cottage 28 provides convenient access to the private beach, waterfront activities, walking trails, and resort amenities while offering a peaceful setting to relax and unwind.

The cottage features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main floor includes a king bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a stone fireplace. The second floor features a private queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Included amenities feature Starlink Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, linens, towels, beach towels, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
