The property features a wonderful outside area with a private swimming pool of over 50 square meters equipped with elegant sunlounges, from pool is possible to admire some of most amazing sunsets of the island!! There is also a BBQ and a covered patio where to organize al fresco meals, guest will enjoy the use of the basketball court as well.

Villa Ermione develops in three floors of elegance and comfort covering over 330 square meters. At the ground floor there is a large a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed. At the upper floor there is a large living room with ab balcony overlooking the sea.
the lower floors -1 there is a double bedroom with a single sofa bed, a walk in closet and private bathroom; second double bedroom overlooking the pool and balcony as well with private shower room; and a third double bedroom, private bathroom with pool and garden view.
on the lowest floor -2 there are two double bedrooms each with one single sofa bed, private bathroom, and a third double bedroom, still with a single sofa bed and a large walk in closet. Complete this floor a laundry room.
the villa has air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking, Music Speaker Individually-controlled, daily cleaning service.

A damage deposit of € 1500, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
Rates are for 12 people, extra 4 kids are allowed to stay at the price of Euro 25,00 per kid per night.
