Villa Gazelia is located on a hillside in Korfos, between Agios Ioannis and Ornos, that are both only 1 km. far and you can reach in a while the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Ornos and Korfos. Furthermore it is at 3 km. from the lively Mykonos town center.
The villa is part of a stretch of land that includes a set of properties (4 houses in total), but however the absolute privacy is ensured and from there you can enjoy a beautiful view and admire unique amazing sunsets and fantastic outdoor spaces.
This property is 180 sq. m. large and it can accommodate up to 6 people, offering all kind of comforts, such as outdoor and indoor dining spaces (there is a BBQ oven as well), a well equipped kitchen, living areas, terrace and a private swimming pool, provided with comfortable sun-beds. Of course air-conditioning is available inside.
Villa Gazelia has got 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In detail there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds.
Needless to say that you will find all kind of AV devices (SAT TV, WI FI, DVD and CD players).

Rental rules:
During the months of June-July-August the minimum stay is of 1 week.

No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 1.000 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.
According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.
This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
