Villa Amarone

The iconic and ancient Cycladic style of the villa captures the imagination as you arrive at this beautiful, two-level property. Tucked along Mykonos' quiet western coast in Kanalia with unforgettable sunset views, this spacious home comfortably accommodates 11 people. Away from the hustle and bustle of town, Villa Amarone is about 6 kilometers away from Mykonos Town and 3 kilometers away from Ornos beach. We recommend guests consider renting a vehicle for easy transportation. However, taxis, car services, and ATVs available.  It is about 15-20 minutes to the airport and to Psarou beach (NAMMOS). 
Villa's floorplan allows for resort-style living, with beach-chic rooms that flow smoothly between the indoors and out. Relaxation and comfort are at the heart of the villa's accommodations. Also, be sure to enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and ocean in the distance!
 
Ground Level:
On the ground floor you'll find a light-filled combined living and dining space. A large sofa, dining table, and a lovely fireplace make relaxing easy. The space is equipped with a television, DVD-player, WiFi, and Hi-Fi. There is also a guest WC on this level. 

A patio door leads to the large, covered terrace, which offers guests unforgettable sunset and sea views. An outdoor dining table and couch mean you can relax while taking in the panoramic scenery. 

The charming kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, including a ceramic hob oven, two large refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We also include basic necessities such as dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery - in case you like to cook during your holidays.  Several guests can sit at the bar-height counter to enjoy a meal or keep the chef company!

Also on this level, there are two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom comfortably sleeps two guests. A door leads to the outside and can be used as a separate entrance to the home. The second bedroom has a single bed with an ensuite bathroom. 

Upper level:
The villa's upper level has three comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all with tastefully appointed furnishing and air-conditioning to keep guests comfortable on hot summer days. Two of these rooms have a comfortable double/queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom has two single beds with an extra bathroom.

A delightful feature of these bedrooms is direct access to their own veranda with wonderful sea views! You can begin each morning by opening your veranda doors and stepping out to enjoy oceanviews first thing! 

Guest House:
Next to the main house there is a guest house with a large double bed and a bathroom suitable for two guests.

Other things to note:
Please note that sometimes during the summer, there are unexpected electricity black-outs that can last up to a couple of hours. During these power outages, there is also no water available as the pumps are electric. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, as it happens at a municipal level.  

Security: You are urged to always lock your doors, windows, and shutters any time you are away from the property and at night.

Outdoors:
One of the villa's best features is its outdoor spaces, which offer a mini-resort lifestyle for its guests. The highlight, of course, is the private pool, which measures 12 x 4.5 meters.  Sun loungers allow you to relax alongside the pool. In the evenings, the sunset views are unforgettable! 

Additionally, there is a separate building suitable for outdoor dining (there is a barbecue) or festivities, such as a small wedding. The structure and its immediate surroundings can accommodate 30-40 people.

Villa Amarone offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. Villa Amarone also features concierge services, laundry facilities, and local meal delivery service. The front desk is open around the clock.
