This vacation started off with no hot water. After messaging the host several times through VRBO, we received no response. I finally contacted VRBO and they gave me two numbers. Called both and went straight to voicemail. Finally got someone to call back and they did fix it but mentioned we’d get a partial refund. Of course we never did. The property was clean but we could smell weed every now and then. Not their fault but we assumed the AC vent must have been near a unit where people were partaking. The area was nice but with the hassle of the hot water heater, it unfortunately threw a big wrench in our review of this unit.
