Beachfront Haven – 1BR Condo with Balcony

Enjoy the beauty of Myrtle Beach from your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. This stylish 1-bedroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, with plenty of natural light and everything you need for a carefree stay.

Inside, you’ll find an equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. The condo is also family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

Spend your mornings watching the sunrise, afternoons lounging by the pool, and evenings exploring the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk or enjoying fresh seafood nearby. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a family trip, or simply to recharge, this ocean-view retreat puts you close to it all while giving you a peaceful place to unwind.

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

Parking
• Free parking space at the property (max. 2 cars).
• Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane.
• Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage.
Things to know
• Mr. Vaporizer performs a monthly preventative treatments in every unit:
- 2nd Wednesday : Tower floors 2nd to 9th
- 3rd Wednesday : Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2
This is mandatory to ensure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
• There are 6 pools; 1 kiddie pool and the rest in the main building, 1 lazy river (across the street), 1 lap pool (across the street) opens from 10am to 11pm
• Laundry (paid not free) ; 1 by the indoor pool and 1 by the security office in the main building
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.
• If you exceed maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied.
