The ocean view balcony was great. This hotel has everything you need if you want to spend time on the beach and doing things around town. Kitchen stocked with everything you need for a ling extended stay! Definitely will be coming back! Staff were very friendly and inviting!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect location for our family. We could easily walk to stores and restaurants. The property was very well kept and clean.

1. The lobby was filled with dead flies and unsuitable for sitting to wait. 2. There were vagrants around the property. Security was slim therefore there was garbage left by vagrants. 3. The lighting outside of our room was not working for our entire 8 day stay. We reported it, but nothing was done. 4. We had a broken iron, which was a potential fire hazard. 5. One of our beds was unstable and had to be fixed.

The condo was spacious with a large deck looking out to the ocean. You can tell the units are a little older, but the upkeeping and cleaning makes up for it. The in unit laundry was a bonus! Great access to the beach and several pools. They even had a dj at the pool area from 7pm-11pm that a lot of people enjoyed. This may not be ideal if you're looking to relax and go to sleep early if this is a regular weekend bonus.

Reading all the reviews I had my ups and downs to be honest I was scared praying I made a good decision once I got to the room. I'm glad I made a decision. It's right on the beach. The pizza spot downstairs is fine. There's no front desk but Security is very helpful. The pools you can use at both locations. They're not all at One. The other location is across the street. Parking is across the street so that was a experience. Just drop your stuff off at the door before you go park everything is right there in front of the ocean. The ocean never closes. The only problem I did have was the AC leak leaking on the patio besides that the whole room was clean. It was cleaning stuff. I even left chairs and some coffee and tea. Hopefully the next person can use them even though I had a phone call of something that was not me besides that I cannot complain about anything when I did call about the TV not working. She was very polite. Was willing to help write in there. If you're cold person I would recommend bringing blankets. All the utensils in the kitchen and appliances was up-to-date and very nice that was a plus all in all great location will recommend.

Travelled with family
The property is in a decent location and we enjoyed being right on the beach as well as having access to multiple pools on the property. The condo itself was so-so. The chairs at the dining table were stained pretty bad. I don't like that the bedroom is the first thing you walk into when you enter the condo. The people to the left of us were ridiculously noisy. The bedroom being at the front door isn't a good setup. The condo was ok to stay at, but I wouldn't stay there in the future.
