No issues worth the price

This place is get what you pay for. All staff was amazing room dated but again for 90 bucks a night i am not complaining bed was comfortable fridge was cold, also the continental breakfast is good in main clean lobby.

This place is perfect for the cost. 3 star rating, because you get what you pay for. The room got the job done - a place to sleep and shower. For the inexpensive cost, I would stay there again. My only complaint, the room had a little bit of a musty smell, but a little perfume spray into the air conditioning vent helped.

Work needed.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, the staff at the desk was pleasant and check in was quick. Upon checking into rooms one of the rooms we were given when we entered the bed was unmade, TV on and room keys on the table. Twice during our stay we had to go to the front desk because our keys would not work to get into the room. Went to the complimentary breakfast and it was minimal and not appetizing, the pool was not open. The door that the sign says need room key to open never locked. I would not recommend this hotel

The room is clean. However the sound proof on the first floor is not very good. I can hear the car engine starting sound outside of my window in the early morning. Also, there is no water fountain in either buildings.

The room smelled of bleach so bad that my eyes were burning and my sinuses were going nuts. I would have changed rooms but it was like midnight when the effects were hitting me. Very miserable night for me

Nice place. Basic accommodations.

Very basic accommodations. The place is under renovation. Updated room has vinyl flooring, nice beds, refrigerator, and flat screen tv. Bathroom was ok. Tub/shower redone. Old / original toilet was still in place. Door had rot. Overall property had an odd layout made up of two buildings kiddy corner from one another. Breakfast was disappointing but available.

Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff

If you want to save some money this hotel is fine. I stayed with my 2 daughters for a couple of nights. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so nice. He definitely made us feel comfortable. I will say this, it is not a 5 star hotel. It's not fancy at all but it is very clean and bright. Nice new floors in the rooms. No bugs no loud people in the hallways. I recommend it if you are looking for a decent hotel with a decent price

I didn't like that the door that is supposed to be locked was unlocked all the time. It was located across the street from a mental health clinic. What I did like was the front desk staff were down to earth pleasant people to deal with. I liked the proximity to the university. I liked the accommodations and the bathroom appeared to be updated recently.

Doing a little house hunting

This was the second occasion we stayed at this Lodge. Both times the staff and lodge exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. A special shout out to Ava who handled the breakfast preparations each morning.

Beautiful brand new affordable hotel

Im from out of state & i was very impressed. The hotel is absolutely beautiful newly remodled & very clean. The bed is very comfortable. I got a fridge/microwave/all the basics. I was also pleased w/ how friendly the front desk staff was. Forrest is the best! He went out of his way to be kind, accommodating, very reassuring & helpful. I highly recommend + its super affordable.
