Parking is available near the building for your convenience. Please note this is a third-floor unit and there is no elevator, so stairs are required.

House Rules
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
➜ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.
Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.
Parking
• One parking pass is included and located inside the unit
• A second parking pass may be requested but will be for a separate lot
• Lost, damaged, or unreturned parking passes incur a $100 replacement fee
• Motorcycles and work vehicles are not permitted per resort rules
Resort Amenities Access
• The key fob for pools, hot tubs, and other resort amenities is located inside the unit
• If the key fob is lost or not returned, a $300 replacement fee will apply
• Please return the key fob to the counter at checkout
Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
