One of the standout features of this property is the incredible ocean view from both the bedroom and the living room, a rare find in this building. The extra natural light and sweeping ocean views make this condo truly special.



The living room is the heart of the home, featuring a full-size Murphy bed, comfortable accent chair, TV with basic cable, dining table with chairs, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Step outside to take in panoramic views of the Atlantic and catch a glimpse of dolphins passing by or enjoy a breathtaking sunrise with your morning coffee. The full-size sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping space, making this area both practical and relaxing.



The kitchen, located between the bedroom and living room, is fully equipped for your stay. The property itself was fine. The actual unit was not good. Furniture was old. Main issues were moisture or leak problems. All the doors were warped and swollen so much that it was almost impossible to close them completely. We had water on the floors each morning that we had to dry with towels and the living room AC leaked as well

The property has incredible views and is fairly well appointed. The shower/toilet area could have used a bit more attention as there was some spots on the door and wall by the toilet that appeared to be vomit. The kitchen supplies were pretty good but a suggestion would be to have some wine glasses and a larger bowl for salads etc. That aside we did enjoy our stay.

Property is as mentioned, clean & check in was fast. I did call the property for more towels/wash cloths as there were 6 people & there were only 5 sets of each. I was told it would be Saturday when we would receive the extra set and sad to say i'm still waiting on it. Other than that, we had a good time & i would stay again.

Terrible Experience

We had a very negative experience. We stayed in the room for less than 5 min. The front door is not very secure, the carpet was damp, the room smelled like mildew, the murphy bed wasnt safe and there was a huge whole in the wall that container the murphy bed. Upon contacting host they said they could not help. The pictures of the condo on the listing are not very accurate to the room. Overall dont stay at Monterey Bay. The whole building needs lots of attention not just this condo

First I would say the view from the room is amazing. You can see the beach from the balcony and from the bedroom. The color scheme of the living room is appealing and the fire place adds a nice touch. The murphy bed is in the living room and is convenient if you need to use it. We didn't sleep on it but did lay on it just to see if the bed was comfortable and it seemed to be. The couch is also comfortable. Now for the cons:1) The pictures in the listing do not match the actual property. The pictures make it look vibrant and clean but the bed spread is white (not a problem) but it's not much thicker than a sheet. You get a thin blanket that's on the bed which does help. If you plan to use bedding for the pull out couch or murphy bed, you will only have a very thin blanket as your top layer.2) * The side tables in the bedroom are stained and the lamps are rusted. * The closet has an area where the flooring is messed up and there is a frayed scrap carpet is over the hole in the floor.* The stove is functional but in poor shape from a cosmetic viewpoint.* The toaster was dirty with crumbs still in it.* The tub appears to have been painted in the bottom and is peeling in several areas.* Light plate was dirty.*Floor wasn't vacuumed* The master bed was a very firm spring mattress that squeaked with every turn in the bed. Extremely uncomfortable. *No pool towels in the room and front desk said there should be some. Bath towels were extremely thin.
