First off let me say that the condo has a great view! Overall clean. Beds, bath and kitchen were clean. Sofa has some stains and cabinets need to be wiped down but I know that isn't really possible in the busy season. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced it wants to drip. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable which really matters because you want to feel rested on vacay. These beds hurt our body and we didnt sleep good at all. I think this is a private condo so the rest of this is a review is on the resort itself... there is a door that can combine the units if needed so if you have neighbors that talk loud you can hear them and its annoying. Amenities are good. GREAT arcade and mini golf... but you have to pay for these they are not "included ". While we enjoyed the restaurant and tiki bar staff isn't very enthusiastic and act as if you are bothering them. The parking garage is AWFUL. Barely have enough room to pass another vehicle and parking gets packed early in the evening so when you get back your'e definitely searching for a spot. If you drive a larger vehicle it can be stressful. It is nice that they have several spots to load and unload luggage. This resort has alot to offer. It could be made better. Maybe my expectations are too high. I know people don't care as long as they make money but I think people appreciate an honest review. We work hard to take a vacation with our families and you shouldn't have to be a millionaire to have a good one.
