THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
THE LAYOUT: This is a classic high-rise resort suite located on the 8th floor.
STARTER KIT: To get your vacation started, we provide a snack kit including water. For longer stays, several grocery stores are just a 5-minute drive away.
SECURITY: For your peace of mind, a Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance (exterior only). This is motion-activated and monitors the entry and hallway area only.
RESORT VIBE: You are in a vibrant resort heart! While the building is full of life, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect your neighbors.
LINENS & TOWELS: We provide all bed linens and a set of bath towels. Since this is a private rental, daily maid service is not included, but coin-operated laundry is available on the 4th floor if you need a refresh!
SAFETY FIRST: We highly recommend travel insurance for all bookings to protect your trip against coastal weather or unforeseen travel changes.
House Rules
- Smoking, Drugs & Parties
* Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property.
* Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
* Evidence of smoking (including cigarettes or marijuana) will result in a minimum $1000 fee.
* Evidence of partying will result in a $1000 party fee.
- Occupancy & Guests
* Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- Noise & Neighborhood
* Please respect our neighbors at all times.
* Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Care of the Property
* Do not rearrange furniture.
* Keep the property clean and tidy.
* No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
* Turn off lights and electronics when leaving.
* Set AC to 75°F when leaving.
* Do not set thermostat below 65°F to avoid system damage.
- Security & Keys
* Lock all doors and close windows when leaving.
* Return all keys to the lockbox (if applicable).
* Lost keys, fobs, remotes, or access devices incur a $100 replacement fee.
- Reporting Issues & Maintenance
* Report any issues, damages, or concerns within 24 hours of check-in.
* Guests must allow access for repairs at a mutually agreed time.
* Refusal of access = acceptance of property condition and no eligibility for refunds or claims.
* False or unfounded claims may result in charges for inspections or services.
- Damages & Liability
* Report any damages or breakages immediately.
* Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
* All units are privately owned; owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness during your stay.
- Pets
* Pets are not allowed
* Any pets found in the condo will result in a $500 fine
- Parking
* Motorcycles and trailers are allowed (Must be parked on the top 2 floors only)
* Parking Pass Required
- Check-Out Policy
* Check-out time must be strictly followed.
* Late check-out after 10:15 AM = $50 fee.
* Each additional hour: $100 per hour.
- Storm & Hurricane Policy
No refunds will be issued unless:
1. A mandatory evacuation order is issued for the area, and/or
2. The property is in a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning zone
If evacuation is ordered:
* Refunds will be issued for:
* Unused nights of current stays
* Affected future reservations
* Advance payments for impacted bookings
- Security Cameras
* Outdoor security cameras are in use for safety and property protection.
* No cameras are located inside the unit.
