before arrival. non-refundable if canceled within 14 days from arrival.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs. There will be a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by the host. Our cleaning staff will arrive shortly after the scheduled check-out time.

PET POLICY (MARINER`S SUITE ONLY):
The Mariner’s Suite is pet-friendly upon request! All pets must be pre-approved by the host prior to booking/arrival and may be subject to a pet fee.
• Pets must be kept off all furniture and beds.
• If left unattended in the suite, pets must be secured in a crate.
• Guests are strictly responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste outdoors.
• Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the guest.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Guests intending to reside with a service animal are required to provide notice at booking so that the relevant service animal regulations can be furnished separately.

GUEST LIMITS & CAPACITY:
The number of overnight guests shall not exceed the number specified in the reservation. The maximum occupancy for the Mariner`s Suite is 4 individuals (utilizing the Queen bed and sleeper sofa), inclusive of children. We are legally required to report the total guest count to the state for tax filing purposes. Only the guests explicitly listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior authorization has been obtained.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM daily.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

NO SMOKING OR DRUGS:
Smoking/vaping, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES & WEAPONS:
Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

LOCAL RESERVATIONS:
Reservations from guests within their city of residence are not allowed. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.

NO COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO HOUSE RULES:
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
