Uncooperative staff. Slow service. Unclean rooms. Leaking faucet. Unclean bathrooms, showers and toilet. The bath towels were so flimsy it was shedding fibers off the towels.

Great hotel, however reception staff were ride, arrogant and unhelpful. ( 2 Indian women and a fijian women) No greetings upon contact ( reception staff) However a staff member named Vandanna waa super friendly and helpful Dirty bathrooms Cockroaches in bread at breakfast time lol

You pay for what you get. You cant book budget accommodation and expect anything more. Beds were comfy, air conditioning was freezing, pool was crystal clear, water was hot and very conveniently located, supermarket next door. The major negative for me was the servicing of the room, collect your dirty towels around 10am, cleaned your room and make your bed between 1pm and 2pm, then drop clean towels back between 3pm and 4pm. Would be less disruptive to do it all in 1 go. You had to ask for tea, coffee and sugar and complimentry toiletries or they never got replaced. It is very noisy with a nightclub across the road, a nightclub next door and the airport being close by. Amazing restaurant down the road within a 5 minute walk, Marsala Twist, highly recommend. I would definately stay here again.

The staff was friendly. I booked a room with a queen bed and the staff said the hotel only gas double beds. That means Expedia had a false advertisement.

I was only staying one night. I acept it is a budget hotel so don't expect multi star. There is no lift which can be a big problem with heavy bags. I was told there was a technical problem and no TV's in any room. The A/C was reasonable.
