Yes room was spotless and the staff were great. HOWEVER… The transfer from the airport was appalling. The bus driver went missing.. would not answer his phone. Kept on saying he was stuck at the lights. THANKFULLY, after about 45 minutes of waiting the Reception manager picked me up in an SUV. If it had not have been raining I would have walked

The staff here were very friendly, sorted out my minor room problem quickly. Everyone from the reception, coffee shop and restaurant staff were always smiling and friendly. The hotel was a little way from Nadi itself but so near to the airport and yet there was still a free shuttle, I’ll be back soon 😀
